Unlimited free view-only guest seats!

You’ll now be able to:

  • Invite team members, advisors, or clients to view your account without giving full access

  • Keep sensitive data private while increasing collaboration

  • Scale your team's visibility without increasing costs

What to know about the view-only guest role:

The view-only guest role has a fixed set of permissions, they can not be edited or managed.

Here's what the new guest role will and will not have access to:

  • No “tentative” events:

    To prevent any eyes from seeing events in the process being confirmed.

  • No “miscellaneous” events:

    Use Miscellaneous events to schedule private meetings and appointments that are confirmed.

  • No access to finances app-wide:

    Finances are sensitive data so they are gated-off for events, as well as the entire financial ledger. This also includes contract and deal info.​

  • All other event types and event info:

    This includes: contacts, schedule, travel, and itineraries

Custom View-Only permissions for a role:

If you're needing specific permissions other than what the fixed permissions are with the view-only “guest” role, this is still possible with a paid seat.

This is available to Scale and Enterprise customers only!!

How to change a user to a free guest seat:

Note: Only account owners and security managers can make these changes

  • From the organization settings, in the top of the navigation bar, click the “settings” icon

  • Click on "People"

  • Find the user in the list, click on the “more” menu (3 dots) at the end of the row

  • Select "Edit User"

  • Add the free guest role to the "Roles" field for each artist group
