A breakdown of what file formats are accepted and what the maximum available storage capacity is for uploads.

Artist Growth makes it easy to save different file types within your account, including in the events section, within user profiles, in the merchandise section, and more.  See below for specifics on what file types you can upload into Artist Growth.

 Acceptable file types:

  • .csv

  • .pdf

  • .rtf

  • .wps

  • .wpd

  • .doc

  • .docx

  • .ppt

  • .pptx

  • .xml

  • .ibooks

  • .mp3

  • .mpv

  • .mpg

  • .mp4

  • .xls

  • .xlsx

  • .xlr

Acceptable image file types:

  • JPEG/JFIF.

  • JPEG 2000.

  • Exif.

  • TIFF.

  • GIF.

  • BMP.

  • PNG.

  • PPM, PGM, PBM, and PNM

Attachment upload size:

  • Up to 45MB per attachment (Web)

  • Up to 15MB per attachment (Mobile/Desktop App)

Storage capacity restrictions:

None!  There are no storage capacity restrictions (Web or Mobile/Desktop app).
