The best way to accurately get your receipt is to reach out to our Customer Success team by emailing support@artistgrowth.com with the following information:

  • Account Owner name

  • Account Owner email

  • User subscriptions you need receipts for ("Can I get the receipt for Mary Elizabeth and Joe Alexander?")

  • How far back you need these receipts ("Can I get the receipts starting with May 2019 until the most recent receipt?")

Our Customer Success team can also put you on recurring receipts, so every month, or every year (depending on your billing cycle), they will send you your most recent receipts.
