Canceling your Artist Growth Account

We would hate to see you go, but if you absolutely need to, please contact us!

We do not want to see you go and would love the opportunity to ensure you are getting the most value out of your Artist Growth Products ands Services. However; we recognize sometimes goodbyes are in order. You may alternatively downgrade paid tiers or remove artists in Artist Growth on your own without canceling your full account.

An Account Owner must reach out to Artist Growth to request canceling an Artist Growth account. We will respond to requests within 1 business day with next steps.


To Cancel Your Artist Growth Account:

  • You may also request directly by reaching out via email: support@artistgrowth.com.

    • Please include:

      1. the service(s) (Artist Growth or Xtra)

      2. the organization(s) you wish to cancel

      3. the primary reasons for the request

Note: Per our Terms of Service, cancellation requests must provide 30 days notice for both monthly and annual pricing terms.
