Adding / Updating a Workspace Payment Method

Ensure your payment method is up to date for automatic payment and avoid any lapse in Workspace access.

To add add or edit a payment method on your account, you must be the Owner of the Organization.


In order to ensure there is no interruption in your Workspace services, a valid payment method must be on file and set to default. Your default method of payment will be charged either monthly or annually on your respective renewal date. This payment method will also be used for prorated charges when adding any additional artists to your roster. If your billing information is invalid, your account will be locked out until a valid payment method is updated.


To Add A Payment Method:

  • Log in to Workspace via Web. (Billing is not supported in mobile app at this time.)

  • Click Settings from the left navigation menu, nested under Manage.

  • Click Billing

AG partners with Stripe to securely process credit card and ACH payments for your Workspace subscription. You will be redirected to our billing page, powered by Stripe.

  • Click +Add payment method

  • Choose Method of Payment

  • Enter your payment information

  • Check Save your info for secure 1-click checkout with link

  • Click Add

Only one payment method can be accepted for your full subscription. Split payments are not available.

To Update A Payment Method:

Log in to Workspace via Web. (Billing is not supported in mobile app at this time.)

  • Click Settings from the left navigation menu, nested under Manage.

  • Click Billing

  • Click +Add payment method

  • Click Pay Another Way

  • Choose Method of Payment

  • Check Use As Default Payment Method

  • Click Add

  • Remove previously existing payment method, as applicable

Workspace Account Locked:

If you see this screen when you log in, billing details need immediate attention. You must be the Account Owner to take action. If you are not the account owner, the contact information for the Account Owner will be listed for you to reach out to directly. In order to unlock the account, the Owner will need to either enter in their payment information for the first time or update their payment information per instructions above.

If you belong to more than one organization, you can be locked out of one and not others. You will want to ensure that you are in the intended organization, as well.
