Updating Your Artist Growth Subscription Tier or Billing Frequency

Artist Growth offers different subscription tiers to meet different needs.

You must be the Owner of an organization to change your subscription tier or billing frequency. Artist Growth is priced per seat and your subscription is set at the Organization level. In other words, all your users will fall under the same tier pricing. Your subscription automatically accounts for the number of seats added. Visit artistgrowth.com/pricing to learn more.

To Update Your Subscription Tier or Billing Frequency

  • Click the gear icon in the upper left next to the Organization Name

  • Click "Billing" to be redirected to your billing page

Artist Growth billing page and payment processing is powered by Stripe.

  • Click Update Plan button

  • Select your preferred tier or billing frequency

  • Click Continue

  • Click Confirm to Update

If you are upgrading to a higher priced tier, you will be charged a prorated amount, as applicable. If you are downgrading your account, you will have a prorated credit applied to your next billing cycle.
