Updating Your Workspace Subscription Tier or Billing Frequency

Artist Growth offers different subscription tiers to meet different needs.

You must be the Owner of an organization to change your subscription tier or billing frequency. Workspace is priced per Artist and your subscription set at the Organization level. In other words, all your artists will fall under the same tier pricing. Your subscription automatically accounts for the number of artists added in your Workspace. Visit artistgrowth.com/pricing to learn more.

To Update Your Subscription Tier or Billing Frequency

  • Click Settings from the left hand menu

  • Click Billing to be redirected to your billing page

Artist Growth Workspace billing page and payment processing is powered by Stripe.

  • Click Update Plan button

  • Select your preferred tier or billing freqency

  • Click Continue

  • Click Confirm to Update

If you are upgrading to a higher priced tier, you will be charged a prorated amount, as applicable. If you are downgrading your account, you will have a prorated credit applied to your next billing cycle.
