Being redirected to download the app when you're trying to accept a team invite?

There are a few different ways to solve this depending on if you are an Account owner sending out the invite, or a user trying to sign in for the first time.

I'm an Account Owner

  • Try resending the invite email again from your AG account. Have your user check their other email folders as well. To resend the invite, go to People -> Find the team member from your user list. They should still have a pending or expired invite -> click on the three little dots next to their name -> Click Resend.

I'm a New User

  • First, check your other email folders to make sure the email didn't end up in your spam box.

  • See if the Account Owner will resend the email, especially if it's been more than 30 days since the initial invitation was sent. The invite expires after 30 days.

  • Make sure that the Account Owner has the correct email for you on file.


I was invited to join a team, but I can't log in

If you've been invited to join a team and can't login, you'll need to make sure you access the link in your invite email from a computer and login on the web.

In order to successfully accept an invite to a team, this invite needs to be accepted from the web on a computer. Once you do that, you'll be able to login on mobile and use AG from there.

This feature does not currently work on mobile and you'll keep getting redirected to download the app.
