How to Request Guest Tickets & Passes in the Mobile App

For mobile guest list and ticket requests

Before you get started, make sure you have the latest version of the Artist Growth app downloaded.


  1. Tap on the Ticket Request Icon on the bottom of your screen

  2. From the events listed, tap on the event you want to review ticket requests for. You'll be brought to a list of who has already submitted a request.

  3. Tap the "+" button in the bottom right hand corner.

  4. Enter in the necessary information in the listed fields for the person the tickets or passes are being request for

  5. Enter the number of tickets or passes you're requesting next to Tickets or the specific Pass Name you need

  6. Make sure to hit Save when you're done! Your request will now be listed in under the ticket requests for the event.

Editing + Deleting Ticket Requests

To edit or delete a ticket request, swipe left on the name of the ticket requester and tap Edit to make changes to the request, or tap Delete to remove the request from your request list.
