To Create an All Day or Timed Event:

All Day Event - An all day event without a start or end time.

Timed Event - These events have a start time and, possibly, an end time. We recommend entering this if you know that your event starts at a particular time.

1. From any calendar view, click the "Add Event" button in the top right hand corner of the page

2. Select the event type (Performance, Promotion, Rehearsal, Travel, Miscellaneous, Hold)

3. Enter as many basic details that you have for this event, including whether this is a confirmed event (if the box is left unchecked, it will show as a tentative event)

4. Choose whether this is an all day event or select start and end times

5. Click "Save"

To Create a Repeating Event:

Repeating Event - An event that occurs with some sort of frequency, such as weekly, monthly, daily or hourly. These events are independent of one another (for instance, each event can have its own Guarantee amounts.) An example of a repeating event would be a residency played every week at a particular club.

1. Follow the 5 steps above for creating a new event

2. Select "Repeats"

3. Select a recurrence frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)

4. Set end date for when you would like the repeating event to stop

5. Click "Save"

To Create a Spanned Event:

Spanned Event - Different from a repeating event, in that it is one event spanned over consecutive days. A spanned event is created by choosing an end-date days after the start-date of one event.

1. Follow the 5 steps above for creating a new event

2. Leave the "All Day" box checked if you would like the spanned event to block off the entire day for the set of dates. Uncheck the "All Day" box to open time scheduling options

3. Select start and end dates (and times, if not all-day)

4. Click "Save"
