Once all your ticket requests are in and you've made it to your close date for the event or tour, you will want to export your Ticket Budget spreadsheet.

There are two different ways to download your Ticket Budget Spreadsheet depending on if it's for all of your events, or just for a tour.

Export a Spreadsheet for All Events

To export a spreadsheet for all of your events, navigate to your Ticket Request page. Make sure that the drop down menu on the top left of the screen says All Events. Click on the three horizontal lines in the top right hand corner under the orange +, then select Export Spreadsheet.

You'll then be able to select which artist you want this spreadsheet for and what data you want to include on your spreadsheet, as seen here ⬇️

Export a Spreadsheet for a Tour

If you haven't created your tour beforehand by grouping your events together, you'll need to do that first. Check out this article to see how it's done ⬇️

If you've already grouped your events together, great! Let's keep going.

To export a spreadsheet for your grouped events, navigate to your Ticket Request page. From the drop down menu on the top left, find your group/tour name, and click on it. Once you've selected your tour, click on the three horizontal lines in the top right hand corner under the orange +, then select Export Spreadsheet.

You'll then be able to select what data you want to include on your spreadsheet, as seen above in the previous section. ⬆️
