When requesting tickets for an event, team members also have the ability to request guest list passes. Artist Growth offers seven different pre-set pass types. Team members with Manage Permissions can rename and abbreviate custom pass types that are more suitable for your team.

To edit your pass types, go to Settings under the Manage tab, then click on Tickets. You can reorder how the passes are presented to requesters and how they're listed on the Ticket Request page for your Event. These pass types can be applied to all of your artists by clicking the Apply to All Artists button once you're done making your changes.
