When requesting tickets for an event, team members also have the ability to request guest list passes. Artist Growth offers 7 different pre-set pass types. Team members with Manage Permissions can rename and abbreviate custom pass types that are more suitable for your team.
Edit Pass Types:
Navigate to the gear icon (
) in the top left corner, to the right of your Organization Name Click "Organizational Settings"
Then change the tab to "Tickets & Passes"
Click and open the "Pass Types" tab in order to edit
You can reorder how the passes are presented to requesters and how they're listed on the Ticket Request page for your Event. These pass types can be applied to all of your artists by clicking the Apply to All Artists button once you're done making your changes.
