Allocate tickets in your ticket request to specific people

What is Ticket Allocation?

Ticket allocation is one of our newest features included in our Ticket Request workflow. It allows the requester and ticket manager to allocate tickets to specific people that are a part of the requesting group. Here's how to use it.

How to Use Ticket Allocation

After the ticket request has been submitted and approved, you'll see the Assign Names button on the request.

When you click the Assign Names button, you'll be able to add the names of the people in the requesting group, their titles, and the amount of tickets that they need. Click on the + Add Name button to get started. To remove a name from your list, simply click on the red removal icon next to the ticket quantity. Make sure to hit Save when you're done. 👍

Please note that this is only for tickets. Other pass types are not accounted for in this feature and can not be allocated.

How to Export Your Ticket Allocations

Once you've added all your ticket allocations to a request, you can export your allocations by switching over from your Requests View to your Ticket Assignments View, as seen below. ⬇️

Then click on the three little dots on the right-hand side of your screen and select Export to Spreadsheet. Select what information you want to include in the sheet, then hit Export to get a .csv file.
