Everything you need to know about event details to best manage event logistics

Once an Event is added to your calendar, you can click on “View Full Event Details” to manage all logistics for the event.

Within the Notes Section of the Event, you will find designated fields for Event Notes - Where General and High Level details can be entered, Deal Information - where contract summaries and revenue structures can be documented, as well as sections for Marketing and Production Notes.

Beneath “Notes” you will see the “Schedule” section. Here you will see a list of all schedule items that have been linked to the event. You can add scheduled items directly to the event via the add button.

Below the “Schedule” section you can access the Guest List for the Event. The Guest List details the name of each guest, their affiliation to the artist and team, quantity of tickets allocated and guest pass access. The Guest List can be exported and shared as CSV or PDF.

Next you will find a section to add all key Contact Information for the event.

Under Contacts is Finances. The Finances section serves as a ledger for all revenues and expenses associated with the Event. When clicking the “Add Transactions” button you will see the option to select “Expense” or “Revenue” and enter an amount and additional metadata such as payment type, category and receipt attachments.

Next you will find the Files section. Here you can attach pertinent files categorized by Deal Information, Marketing Assets and Production Documents.

All Contacts and Files added to an Event are also easily accessible in the side panel of the Day Calendar View.
