Beginning November 6 2023, when you add an artist mid-billing cycle, you will immediately receive a prorated charge for the additional artist for the remainder of your billing cycle, beginning the date the artist was added. When your next billing cycle begins, this artist will be included on your existing bill moving forward.

Likewise, if you remove an artist from your roster during a billing cycle, you'll be credited the difference on your next bill.

This affects both monthly and annual subscriptions.

Monthly Billing Example:

Your billing cycle begins on the first of the month and you have one artist on your current subscription. On day 15, you add a second artist. You will immediately be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in the month for the second artist. Then, on the first of the next month, you will be charged for the full month for both artists.

Annual Billing Example:

Your billing cycle begins on February 1 and includes one artist on your current subscription. On November 15, you add a second artist. You will immediately be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days between November 15 and January 31 of the following year. On February 1, you will be charged your annual fee for both artists.
