How to Change Event Colors
Event Colors are a great way to organize and differentiate your events in your calendar. With Event Colors, you can easily see which events belong to which category or group. In this article, we will show you how to change the colors of your events.
Who Can Change Event Colors?
Before we dive into the steps, it's important to note that only the owner of the account can access and make changes to Event Colors. If you are not the owner of the account, you will not have access to this feature.
Step-by-Step Guide
Now, let's get started on changing your Event Colors:
Navigate to the gear icon next to the organization name.
Click on "Organization Settings"
Click on "Event Types"
Click on the event type that you would like to change the color of.
Click on any one of the 17 macro colors provided
Click on the white color icon to enter the gradient scale for full customization.
*a HEX code is provided so that you can exactly match any existing branding colors.
And that's it! Your event colors will now be updated and reflected in your calendar. If you ever want to change them again, simply follow these steps.
TIP - If you love the existing grey scale motif, simply select the grey icon from the color menu for each event type.
