Events can be added using the "Add Event" button in the upper right corner of any calendar view. Adding an event is a two step process. First select your event type, then fill out the high-level details.

HOW TO:

Add a New Event (All Day or Timed)

1. From any calendar view, click the "Add Event" button in the top right hand corner of the page.

2. Select the event type

3. Enter a venue and title for your event

4. Choose whether this is an all day event

5. Select start and end dates (and times, if not all-day)

6. Click "Save"


HOW TO:

Create a Repeating Event

1. Follow the steps (1-6) above for creating a new event.

2. Check "Repeats"

3. Select a recurrence frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)

4. Set end date for when you would like the repeating event to stop


HOW TO:

Create a Spanned Event

1. Follow the steps (1-6) above for creating a new event.

2. Leave the "All Day" box checked if you would like the spanned event to block off the entire day for the set of dates. Uncheck the "All Day" box to open time scheduling options

3. Select start and end dates (and times, if not all-day). Choosing an end date that is days after the start date will create your spanned event over multiple days.
