Each event has a set of basic event details like date and time, location and guarantee . The event's status is either "confirmed" or "tentative", which can be updated with the status toggle button (1). All other basic event details can be easily edited by clicking “Edit Details” (2). When the user clicks to edit basic event details, all components move into an editable state. To exit without saving, click "Cancel" or to save your changes, click "Save Details" (3).
Basic details are comprised of:
- Event date, time and frequency.
- Event Title
- Venue Capacity
- Guestlist Ticket Allotment *
- General Event Notes
* Sensitive event information is only available to users who have access to the corresponding permission.
You can easily get directions to the location as well, with the handy "Map It" link (4) for all events that have a venue/location associated.
