Adding or Removing Artists on Your Roster

Overview

Artist Growth is most powerful when you use it to manage team collaboration across all the artists you work with. Easily adjust your artist roster as your business grows.

Permission Required: Only users with Owner roles can add or remove artists from the roster.

Adding an Artist to Your Workspace

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Navigate to the Context Switcher in the top left corner of your screen (located beneath your Organization Name)
  2. Click the Context Switcher to open the menu
  3. Click "+ Add artist"
  4. Enter artist details in the popup modal that appears
  5. Click "Save"

Your new artist will immediately appear in your roster and be available for team collaboration.

 

Removing an Artist from Your Workspace

⚠️ Critical Warning: Removing an artist will permanently delete all artist data associated with it in Artist Growth. This action is irreversible.

Before You Remove an Artist

Export any important data before proceeding with deletion. Once an artist is removed, all associated data is permanently lost.

Step-by-Step Removal Process

  1. Navigate to the Context Switcher in the top left corner (beneath your Organization Name)
  2. Click to open the Context Switcher menu
  3. Choose the artist you want to remove from your roster
  4. Click "Artist Settings" from the left navigation menu
  5. Click "Delete Artist" button
  6. Enter the artist name exactly as it appears on the platform
  7. Click "Delete Artist" to confirm

After Deletion

  • The action is permanent and irreversible
  • You will be automatically redirected to your Roster Calendar
  • All artist data is permanently removed from the system
