Overview

Artist Growth's advanced search function allows you to quickly and easily find any event - past, present, or future - using multiple search criteria.


How to Access Advanced Event Search

Simple Access:

  1. Click the 🔍 search icon located in the upper right corner of Artist Growth
  2. The advanced search menu will open, ready for you to set your criteria

Searchable Data Options

You can search using any combination of the following criteria:

Available Search Filters

  • Date Range - Set specific start and end dates
  • Artists - Filter by specific artists in your roster
  • Markets - Search by geographic markets or regions
  • Locations - Find events at specific venues or locations
  • Event Tags - Use custom tags to categorize and find events

Flexible Search Combinations

  • Use one filter or combine multiple filters for precise results
  • Mix and match criteria to narrow down your search
  • Create custom searches for different business needs

How to Perform a Search

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Click the 🔍 search icon (upper right corner)
  2. Select your search criteria from the available filters:
    • Choose date ranges
    • Select specific artists
    • Pick markets or locations
    • Add relevant event tags
  3. Click the "Search" button at the bottom of the menu
  4. View results in the left pane showing events that match your criteria

Understanding Search Results

What You'll See

  • List of matching events displayed in the left pane
  • Events organized according to your search parameters
  • Only events you have permission to view will appear in results

Permission-Based Results

Important: Only events that you have user permissions to see will appear in the results, regardless of whether they meet your search criteria.

This ensures you only see events relevant to your role and access level within the organization.
