Approving and Finalizing Ticket Requests

Note: This feature is only available to accounts on our Rise and Scale Subscriptions.

After your ticket budget has been approved and you've made any necessary adjustments to requests, you're ready to finalize your Ticket Requests and notify requesters about their approval status.

How to Approve or Deny Requests

You can manage ticket requests in two ways:

  1. For an entire department: Click the button under the Status Request column and select either Confirmed or Denied from the dropdown menu.
  2. For individual team members: Use the same process to change the status of specific requests on a person-by-person basis.

 

Automatic Notifications

Once you've updated a request status to either Confirmed or Denied, the system automatically sends an email to the team member who submitted the request, informing them whether their ticket request for the event has been approved or denied.
