Approving and Finalizing Ticket Requests

Note: This feature is only available to accounts on our Enterprise Subscription.

After your ticket budget has been approved and you've made any necessary adjustments to requests, you're ready to finalize your Ticket Requests and notify requesters about their approval status.

How to Approve or Deny Requests

You can manage ticket requests in two ways:

 Group and Process Tickets by Department
  1. In the ticket grid, locate the Department column.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) to the right of the column header.
  3. Select Group by Department.
  4. Check the boxes next to the tickets you wish to Approve or Deny.


For individual team members:

  1. Use the same process to change the status of specific requests on a person-by-person basis.

 

Automatic Notifications

Once you've updated a request status to either Confirmed or Denied, the system automatically sends an email to the team member who submitted the request, informing them whether their ticket request for the event has been approved or denied.

Note: Ticket managers should favorite artists to receive notifications about new ticket requests for those artists.
