Artist Growth makes it easy to save different file types within your account, including in the events section, within user profiles, in the merchandise section, and more.  See below for specifics on what file types you can upload into Artist Growth.

 Acceptable document file types:

  • csv

  • doc

  • docx

  • eml

  • ibooks

  • key

  • numbers

  • mpv

  • pages

  • pdf

  • ppt

  • pptx

  • rtf

  • txt

  • wpd

  • xls

  • xlsx

  • xlr

  • xml

  • zip

Acceptable A/V file types:

  • avi

  • hevc

  • mov

  • mp3

  • mp4

  • mpg

  • mpeg

  • m4v

  • wav

  • wps

Acceptable image file types:

  • IMG

  • HEIF

  • HEIC

  • JPEG/JFIF

  • JPEG 2000

  • EXIF

  • TIFF

  • GIF

  • BMP

  • PNG

  • PPM, PGM, PBM, and PNM

Attachment upload size:

  • Up to 15MB per attachment

Storage capacity restrictions:

None!  There are no storage capacity restrictions (Web or Mobile/Desktop app).
