This release includes bug fixes for Day View event filtering, user permissions, event details and exports within calendars, printing calendars, activity notification badge visibility, and events within calendars.

​Features

  • We have optimized your roster calendar to include an Event Listing view

    - Roster calendar view options are now shown in a drop-down list, just like the Artist calendar views

  • Both roster and artist calendars now have a collapsible sidebar for any view

  • Additional information is displayed on the roster calendar month and week views

    - You can see event type and status icon, artist name, event name, city, state of the venue or location, and market color coding for both views

    - An event’s start time is displayed in the week view only

  • We have enhanced your event search!

    - Search your artist’s events by any artist, market and event date range using the ‘Advanced Search’ option in the app header

    - Venue and location search will be available in an upcoming release

  • Account owners can now select their subscription frequency when adding a payment method for the first time

  • Users with manage promo event permission can opt to receive emails when a promo event is requested

  • We have streamlined the ticket request form to only show essential information when it’s opened

    - You can still view and edit these hidden fields by selecting ‘More Details’ on the ticket form

  • The day of the week for an event is now shown in your Day and Event Listing calendar views, Advanced Search results, Ticket event listing, Merch tour routing and within the event’s details page

  • You can now see the ‘Requested’ status for requested promo events when looking at an event’s details

  • We have enhanced the artist Activity Feed to be consistent with the roster Activity Feed

Bug Fixes

  • We have resolved some issues with filtering events on your Day View

  • We have updated some inconsistencies with user permissions within the calendar filters and tentative events

  • You can now see an event’s start time when printing your calendar Month View

  • We have resolved an issue with the roster calendar export where the export wasn’t generating when looking at events on the Week view

  • Custom locations will now show appropriately on your artist month calendar

  • Printing your month calendar will now only show the city and state of the event instead of the full venue or location

  • We have resolved an issue where events were intermittently not showing on the calendar for larger artist rosters

  • The new activity notification badge will now show consistently throughout the app when you have new notifications

  • An issue has been resolved where some events were not displayed between calendar views when filtering is applied
