When it comes to events and schedule items, an important concept to remember is that these items may come with different timezones. The AG Workspace Mobile App uses the timezone your device is currently in, while on desktop you can manipulate what time zone you want to view your schedule in.
To alter the timezone when viewing your events and schedule items on our desktop platform, simply follow these steps:
Click on My Roster and select the Artist you need
Click on the Day View toggle
Find the date of the the event you need
Use the Display Times In drop down menu to either use the item's time zone if it's linked to an event, your current timezone, or search for a different timezone to view your event items in.
And that's all there is to it! Once you follow these steps, you're all set to alter the timezone when viewing your events and schedule items on our desktop platform.
