What is the Artist Profile?

Artist Profile

The central hub of your artist’s ecosystem.

Say goodbye to scattered information! The new Artist Profile brings an artist’s essential details and industry contacts together in one powerful, shareable hub, designed to make managing everything faster and easier.

Layout & Navigation

• Tabbed layout — less scrolling, more doing
• Quick-edit access right from the header card
• Slide-out panels for inline editing in every section
• Tighter permissions so the right people control the right things

Organized Asset Links

The Assets tab keeps every important link for your artist in one organized place: press photos, artwork, one-sheets, EPK folders, stems, and more.

• Create sections to group related links (e.g., “Press Photos,” “Album Artwork,” “Live Videos”)
• Add asset links to any section by pasting a URL from Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, or wherever your files live
• Find it fast — your whole team sees the same organized list, so no one has to dig through email for the latest link

Note: The Assets tab stores links to your files rather than uploading the files themselves.

Always Up-to-Date

Keep your entire team aligned with a single, authoritative source:

• Latest artist photos and biography
• Current contact information
• Stats
• Asset links, organized into sections on the Assets tab
• Real-time updates visible to all team members
