We value your partnership and would welcome the opportunity to discuss how to maximize the benefits of your Artist Growth subscription. We understand that circumstances may require changes to your account, and we're here to support your decision-making process. Please consider our alternative options, including subscription downgrade or our complimentary Free Guest role, which may better align with your current needs.

Should you wish to proceed with cancellation, we respect your choice and remain available to assist with a smooth transition.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can now cancel your subscription directly through the web application.

Simply follow these steps if you are the Account Owner:

  1. Log in to app.artistgrowth,com/login  and navigate to the Settings icon
  2. Select Billing and Plan
  3. Click Manage Subscription
  4. You will be redirected to our Stripe page where you can complete the cancellation process.

Note: Per our Terms of Service, cancellation requests must provide 30 days notice for both monthly and annual pricing terms.
