Create a Group of Events under Tickets and Guests

Organize your events efficiently with event groups

Event groups provide an excellent way to bundle related events together, such as dates for a tour. This feature also helps your ticket requesters quickly locate specific events they're interested in.

How to Create an Event Group:

1. Click on the 3 orange dots  (...) in the top right corner of the ticket request page
2. Select Create Event Group from the dropdown menu
3. Enter a name for your group
4. Select the artist whose events you want to include
5. Set a "close date" (the deadline for ticket requests)
6. Define the date range for your group - events scheduled within this range will automatically appear in the list below
7. Click the Save button to finalize your group

Accessing Your Event Group:

Once created, you can easily access your event group by selecting it from the dropdown menu in the top left corner of the Ticket Request Page.
