Create a Group of Events under Tickets and Guests
Organize your events efficiently with event groups
Event groups provide an excellent way to bundle related events together, such as dates for a tour. This feature also helps your ticket requesters quickly locate specific events they're interested in.
Important: This feature is only available to accounts on our Enterprise Subscriptions.
How to Create an Event Group:
- Click on the 3 orange dots (...) in the top right corner of the ticket request page
- Select Create Event Group from the dropdown menu
- Enter a name for your group
- Select the artist whose events you want to include
- Set a "close date" (the deadline for ticket requests)
- Define the date range for your group - events scheduled within this range will automatically appear in the list below
- Click the Save button to finalize your group
Accessing Your Event Group:
Once created, you can easily access your event group by selecting it from the dropdown menu in the top left corner of the Ticket Request Page.
