Creating an Event with an Online Location

Host your events virtually or in-person with our flexible location options

Artist Growth provides the tools you need to create and manage events regardless of whether they're happening virtually or in-person.

Note: You must have permission to manage events in order to add online locations.

Log in to Artist Growth from a web browser
From any calendar view, click the orange Add Event + button in the top right corner of the page
Select the event type and status
Give your online event a title
Click Online from the Location Type selector
Enter a URL Name (Note: This is only a text field - copying and pasting a URL here will not work)
Enter the web address (URL) where your event will be taking place
Select the timezone where your online event is happening
Continue filling out the remaining form fields: enter the timezone where your online event is happening
Click Save to create your event

Your online event is now set up and ready to go! Participants will be able to access the event through the URL you provided.
