Personalize your Artist Growth experience with custom event colors

Overview

You can now customize the look of Artist Growth with Custom Event Type Colors! This feature allows you to organize and differentiate events in your calendar by color, making it easy to visually identify which events belong to specific categories or groups.

Who Can Change Event Colors?

Important: Only the account owner can access and modify Event Colors. If you are not the account owner, you will not have access to this feature.

How to Change Event Colors: Step-by-Step Guide

Navigate to the gear icon next to the organization name
Click on "Organization Settings"
Click on "Event Types"
Select the event type you wish to modify
Choose from any of the 17 macro colors provided
For full customization, click on the white color icon to access the gradient scale

Pro Tip: A HEX code is provided to exactly match any existing branding colors.

And that's it! Your event colors will now be updated and reflected in your calendar. If you ever want to change them again, simply follow these steps.

Additional Tips

If you prefer the existing grey scale motif, simply select the grey icon from the color menu for each event type.
Event colors update immediately and will be reflected in your calendar.
To make future changes, simply follow the same steps.

Event Colors are an excellent tool for organizing your events, maintaining consistent branding, and enhancing the visual appeal of your calendar. Remember to communicate any color changes with your team since only the account owner can modify these settings.
