Editing Pass Types

Overview

Artist Growth offers 7 pre-set pass types for guest lists that team members can request for events. Users with Manage permissions can customize these pass types to better suit your team's needs.

How to Edit Pass Types

1. Click the gear icon ()  in the top left corner, next to your Organization Name
2. Select "Organizational Settings"
3. Go to the "Tickets & Passes" tab
4. Click and open the "Pass Types" tab

What You Can Customize

1. You can reorder how the passes are presented to requesters
2. How they're listed on the Ticket Request page for your Event
3. These pass types can be applied to all of your artists by clicking the Apply to All Artists button once you're done making your changes.
