Event Schedule Templates

Event Schedule Templates

What Are Event Schedule Templates?

Event schedule templates allow you to create customized event schedules/itineraries for a particular artist that can be applied to any of their events. These templates save time and reduce the risk of data entry errors by providing consistent scheduling formats.

Important: Templates are created at the artist level within Artist Growth. If you manage multiple artists within your roster, you'll need to create separate templates for each artist within their individual AG Artist profile (not on the "All Artists" or "Favorite Artists" views).

Creating a Schedule Template from an Artist Calendar

  1. Navigate to the artist's calendar by clicking on the Context Switcher
  2. Click on Artist Settings from the left-hand menu (located at the bottom of the list below the artist name)
  3. Select Templates
  4. Click + Template
  5. Enter a template name
  6. Click + Add Schedule Item
  7. Enter all relevant details for the schedule item
  8. Click + Schedule Items to add more items (as needed)
  9. Click Save Template when finished

Best Practices

  • Create templates for common event types (festivals, headline shows, radio appearances)
  • Use descriptive template names that clearly identify their purpose
  • Review templates periodically to ensure they reflect current scheduling needs
  • Consider creating a basic template that can be duplicated and modified for special events
