Exporting Your Ticket Budget Spreadsheet

Overview

When you're ready to have your ticket budget approved, you'll need to export your Ticket Budget spreadsheet. This guide walks you through the process for different scenarios.

 

Important: This feature is only available to accounts on Rise and Scale Subscriptions.

When to Export

The best time to export your ticket budget is after:

  • All ticket requests have been submitted
  • You've reached the close date for the event or tour

Export Options

For All Events

  1. Navigate to your Tickets & Guests page
  2. Ensure the dropdown menu in the top left displays All Events
  3. Click the three horizontal lines in the top right corner (below the orange +)
  4. Select Event List CSV

For a Specific Artist

  1. Navigate to the artist's page
  2. Click the three horizontal lines in the top right corner (below the orange +)
  3. Select Event List CSV

For a Tour/Grouped Events

If you haven't created your tour by grouping events together, you'll need to do that first.

Once your events are grouped:

  1. Navigate to your Ticket Request page
  2. From the dropdown menu in the top left, select your group/tour name
  3. Click the three horizontal lines in the top right corner (below the orange +)
  4. Select Export Spreadsheet
  5. Choose which data to include in your spreadsheet from the options provided

 

 

If you like to export a spreadsheet for a particular artist, navigate to their artist page and follow the same steps listed above.

Customizing Your Export

When exporting, you can select specific data fields to include in your spreadsheet, allowing you to create reports tailored to your exact needs.

After exporting, you can review the spreadsheet, make any necessary adjustments, and share it with stakeholders for budget approval.
