Artist Growth's enhanced Guest List and Ticket Request system streamlines the entire process of managing guests for your events, making it easier than ever to ensure everyone has what they need for a great show experience.
Overview
Our new and improved Ticket Request feature is designed to handle all your event ticketing needs with a comprehensive workflow that allows your team to:
- Add guests to your guest list seamlessly
- Edit guest information and ticket details as needed
- Export guest lists for venue coordination
- Manage ticket and pass requests efficiently
- Track guest status throughout the event lifecycle
Submitting Ticket and Guest List Requests
Artist Growth provides multiple ways to submit ticket and guest list requests, making it easy to manage guest access across all your events and artists.
How to Access Ticket Requests
There are two main ways to submit ticket requests in Artist Growth:
Option 1: Through the Main Navigation
- Navigate to the left navigation panel
- Click Tickets & Guests to view all events across your entire roster
- See requests for all artists in one centralized location
Option 2: Through Individual Artist Profiles
- Select a specific artist from your roster
- Click on Tickets & Guests within their profile
- View and manage requests specific to that artist
Organizing Your View
Filter Your Events:
- Use the Filters menu to refine the event list by date, venue, or other criteria
- Select a specific Event Group if you've created custom groupings
Submitting a Request
Once you've found your event, follow these steps:
- Select Your Event from the available list
- Click "Add Guest" to start a new request
- Enter Request Details in all relevant fields:
- Guest name and contact information
- Number of tickets or specific pass type needed
- Any special requirements or notes
- Click Save to submit your request
Request Processing Workflow
After Submission
- Your request appears in the "Pending" section of the Guest List
- All team members with ticket management permissions receive an email notification
Request Review
Team members with appropriate permissions will review and process your request
Status Updates
Once processed, requests move to either:
- Approved section - Guest list access confirmed
- Denied section - Request not approved
Final Notification
You'll receive an email notification confirming the final status of your request
Tips for Successful Requests
- Submit early to allow adequate processing time
- Include complete information to avoid delays
- Be specific about ticket types or pass levels needed
- Check your email for status updates and approvals
