How Do I Turn Off/On My Notifications?
Managing Your Notification Preferences
To customize which notifications you receive:
- Open Account Settings
- Locate the dropdown arrow in the top right corner
- Click it to reveal the menu
- Select "Account Settings"
- Access Notifications
- A settings window will appear
- Navigate to the "Notifications" tab
- Adjust Your Preferences
- Each notification type is listed on the left
- Toggle switches on the right control each notification
- Blue = On | Gray = Off

- Ticket managers should favorite artists to receive notifications about new ticket requests for those artists.
