Create and Export Itineraries & Day Sheets
Artist Growth automatically generates PDF itineraries and day sheets using information from your events. You can customize date ranges and select which event types to include.
Export an Itinerary
- Navigate to your Artist's Calendar in the Context Switcher
- Click the
button in the upper right corner - Click "Export Itinerary"
Don't see the button? Make sure you're on your Artist Calendar (not Roster Calendar)
- Choose your date range
- Customize your export:
- Title: Default is "Itinerary" (you can change this)
- Page formatting: Continuous vs. One Day per Page
- Event types: Select which types of events to include
- Notes: Add any notes to appear at the end of your itinerary
- Click Export
Export a Day Sheet
Follow the same steps as above, but when selecting your date range, choose the same date for both start and end dates.

- Format: All exports are in PDF format
- Content: Automatically pulls from events you've created in Artist Growth
