How to Request Guest Tickets & Passes in the Mobile App
Manage guest ticket and pass requests directly from your mobile device with Artist Growth's mobile app.
Before You Start
Ensure you have the latest version of the Artist Growth app downloaded to access all current features.
Creating a New Ticket Request
Follow these steps to submit a guest ticket or pass request:
- Access Ticket Requests

- Tap the Ticket Request Icon at the bottom of your screen

2. Select Your Event

- From the events list, tap the event you want to request tickets for
- You'll see a list of existing ticket requests for that event
3. Start a New Request

- Tap the "+" button in the bottom right corner
4. Enter Guest Information

- Fill in all required fields for the person receiving the tickets or passes
- Include their name and any other necessary details
5. Specify Ticket Details- Enter the number of tickets you're requesting in the Tickets field
- OR select the specific Pass Name you need (if requesting passes)
6. Save Your Request- Tap Save to submit your request
- Your request will now appear in the ticket requests list for the event
Managing Existing Requests
Editing a Ticket Request
- Swipe left on the name of the ticket requester
- Tap Edit to modify the request details
- Make your changes and save
Deleting a Ticket Request
- Swipe left on the name of the ticket requester
- Tap Delete to remove the request from your list
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Tips for Success
- Double-check information before saving to avoid having to edit later
- Be specific with pass types to ensure you get the correct access level
- Save requests early to give event organizers adequate time to process
