How to Use Ticket Allocation
Overview
Ticket allocation allows you to assign tickets from your ticket request to specific individuals within your requesting group. This feature streamlines the distribution process by letting you specify exactly who will receive tickets and how many they need.
Important: This feature is only available for tickets. Other pass types cannot be allocated using this system.
Getting Started with Ticket Allocation
Step 1: Submit and Get Approval
First, submit your ticket request through the normal process. Once your request has been approved, you can begin allocating tickets.

Step 2: Access Ticket Allocation
After approval, you'll see an Assign Names button on your ticket request. Click this button to start the allocation process.
Step 3: Add Recipients
When the allocation window opens, you can add information for each person who will receive tickets:
- Click the + Add Name button
- Enter the person's name
- Add their title (if applicable)
- Specify the number of tickets they need
- Repeat for each recipient
Step 4: Make Changes (If Needed)
To remove someone from your allocation list, click the red removal icon next to their ticket quantity.
Step 5: Save Your Allocations
Once you've added all recipients and their ticket quantities, click Save to finalize your allocations.
Exporting Your Ticket Allocations
You can export your ticket allocation information as a spreadsheet for your records:
- Switch from Requests View to Ticket Assignments View
- Click the three dots menu on the right side of your screen
- Select Export to Spreadsheet
- Choose which information to include in the export
- Click Export to download a .csv file
