JamBase Integration

How to Connect Your Artist to JamBase

JamBase integrates using your artist's Spotify ID, so you'll need to have that on hand before connecting.

Step 1: Add the Spotify ID when adding the artist to your roster

When you add a new artist to your roster, include their Spotify ID at that time.

Step 2: Connect the integration

  1. Select the artist from your roster.
  2. Go to that artist's "Artist Settings".
  3. Navigate to "Integrations".
  4. Click "Connect".

That's it — the artist should now be connected to JamBase.

If the artist isn't found..

If you click Connect and the artist can't be matched using the Spotify ID already on file, a prompt will open asking you to enter a Spotify ID manually. Enter it there and continue connecting.
