Managing Artist Groups

Overview

Artist Groups allow Scale and Enterprise subscribers to streamline access management by grouping artists together. This feature makes it simple to grant permissions to multiple artists at once, rather than managing access individually.

Note: This feature is only available for Scale and Enterprise subscription plans.

Creating an Artist Group

Follow these steps to create a new Artist Group:

  1. Click the Settings icon () next to your organization name in the upper left corner
  2. Select Artist Groups from the menu
  3. Enter a name for your new group
  4. Select or add the artists you want to include in this group
  5. Click Save to create the group

 

Editing an Artist Group

To make changes to an existing Artist Group:

  1. Click the Settings icon ()next to your organization name in the upper left corner
  2. Select Artist Groups from the menu
  3. Click on the name of the group you want to modify
  4. Click the three dots menu icon
  5. Select Edit
  6. Make your desired changes to the group
  7. Click Save to apply your changes 

Deleting an Artist Group

To remove an Artist Group:

  1. Click the Settings icon () next to your organization name in the upper left corner
  2. Select Artist Groups from the menu
  3. Click on the name of the group you want to delete
  4. Click the three dots menu icon
  5. Select Delete
  6. Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete in the pop-up window

 

Warning: Deleting an Artist Group cannot be undone. Make sure you really want to remove the group before confirming.
