The Artist Growth mobile app puts powerful event management tools right in your pocket. Make quick changes to events, finances, and guest lists on the go - saving you valuable time when you're away from your desk.
Download the App: Get the Artist Growth app for iPhone or Android.
In the menu on the left hand side of the screen, you'll see Day View, Events, and Finances. These three categories are available per artist.
Navigation: Once logged in, you'll find three main categories in the left-hand menu: Day View, Events, and Finances. These sections are organized by artist for easy access.
Understanding Your Calendar Views
Organization Calendar
When you first open the app, you'll see your Organization Calendar - a high-level overview of all events across your entire organization. This gives you the big picture at a glance.
Artist Calendar
For detailed day-to-day scheduling, switch to your Artist Calendar:
- Tap the 3 lines in the top left corner
- Select Roster
- Choose your desired Artist
The Artist Calendar offers three view options to match your workflow:
☀️ Day View See your complete daily schedule including schedule items, event notes, contacts, and files.
🗓 Month View Get a monthly overview with the ability to tap any date and view that day's schedule items.
☑️ Event List View Browse a complete list of all your events. Tap any event to access its notes, contacts, and associated file.
Adding New Items
From any calendar view, tap the big + button in the bottom right corner to add new items:
- 🏨 Hotel: Add accommodation details and link them to events
- 🛫 Travel: Record flight or ground transportation information
- 📆 Schedule: Create new schedule items for events
- 🎤 Event: Add completely new events to your calendar
Pro Tip: Add as much detail as you need, then don't forget to hit Save!
