What is AG Pages?

Pages give your team one place to create, organize, and work on documents together. Everyone with access can edit and comment at the same time, and be notified when you are mentioned.

What are Pages?

Pages are shared documents inside Artist Growth. You can use them to keep notes, plans, and other working docs next to the projects and artists they belong to, so nothing gets lost in email threads or outside files.

(found under an artist profile and within a project)

With Pages, you can:

  • Collaborate in real time. Multiple team members can work on the same Page at once and see each other's changes as they happen.
  • Comment with your team. Leave comments directly on a Page to ask questions, give feedback, or flag something for review.
  • Add photos/images. Drag and drop images to your selected Page.
  • Stay up to date. Get notified when you are mentioned.

Who can access Pages?

A Page’s access is set by the Project or Profile it’s attached to, so you don’t manage Page permissions separately.

  • To view a Page, a team member needs access to see the Project or Profile it’s attached to.
  • To edit a Page, a team member needs edit access to that Project or Profile. For Projects, that means being a Project collaborator. For Profiles, that means having the Manage Profile permission.

Can’t see or edit a Page?
Check the team member’s access to the Project or Profile the Page is attached to. Updating their access there will update their access to the Page. [Link to relevant permissions article]
