Receipts and Invoices for Your Subscriptions

Access and download your billing documents for Artist Growth subscriptions.

Who Can Access Billing Documents

Only Organization Owners have permission to retrieve invoices and receipts for workspace subscriptions.

How to Download Your Documents

Follow these steps to access your billing history:

Step 1: Navigate to Billing

1. Click Settings from the left-hand menu
2. Select Billing to open your billing page (powered by Stripe)

Step 2: Find Your Invoice History

1. Scroll to the bottom of the billing page
2. Locate the Invoice History section

Step 3: Download Your Documents

1. Click the download icon next to the invoice date you need
2. A new window will open with two options:
   • Download Invoice - for detailed billing information
   • Download Receipt - for payment confirmation
