Share your artist's profile as a polished, secure link — like a digital EPK — with full control over what you share and who sees it.

 

Overview

The Sharable Profile lets you generate a custom link to your artist's profile that you can send to anyone — labels, agents, promoters, publishers, press, or collaborators. Each link is customizable, so you can share exactly the right information with the right people.

💡 You can create multiple different links for the same artist — for example, one for a booking agent and a different one for a record label, each showing only what's relevant.

What can be included

When creating a link, you choose which sections to include or hide:

Artist Info
(Artist bio, location, social links)

Stats & Analytics
(Streaming stats, audience data, and growth trends — powered by Chartmetric and Sound Charts)

Team Contacts
(Management, label, publishing, agency, PRO, and other)

Assets
(Image carousel, SoundCloud links, YouTube links)

How to create a sharable link

  1. Open the artist profile you want to share.
  2. Navigate to Sharable Profile and select the + button in the right hand corner that will "create share link"
  3. Choose which sections to include using the toggle controls and check boxes.
  4. Optionally, set a password to restrict who can open the link.
  5. Give the link a name (e.g. "For booking agent" or just "Artist Profile") so you can tell them apart, then copy and send it.

Security & Privacy

You can add password protection to any link so only recipients with the password can view it. Links can be deactivated at any time from within Artist Growth, immediately revoking access for anyone who has that URL.

Frequently asked questions

Can I create more than one link for the same artist?
Yes. You can create as many links as you need, each with different sections and security settings.

Does the recipient need an Artist Growth account?
No. Anyone with the link (and password, if set) can view the profile — no account required.

Can I update what's shown after sending a link?
Yes. Changes to the artist's profile automatically reflect on any active sharable links. You can also edit which sections are visible at any time.

How do I revoke access to a link I've already sent?
Open the Sharable Profile settings for that artist and deactivate or delete the link. It will stop working immediately.
