Overview

Smart Schedule is a powerful scheduling tool that uses proprietary Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology trained on over 10,000 real-world schedules. Simply paste text or type directly into the Operations Notes field, and watch as your schedule automatically takes shape.

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to the Operations Notes field
  2. Enter your schedule information by either:
    • Copying and pasting from any text source
    • Typing directly into the field
  3. Review the automatically structured schedule
  4. Confirm or adjust the details
  5. Click "Apply All" to populate your schedule

Best Practices for Optimal Results

To ensure the highest accuracy on your first attempt:

  • Include AM/PM designations for all times
  • Place each schedule item on a separate line
  • Use standard time formats (avoid terms like "noon" or "midnight")

Schedule Management

After initial import:

  1. Review suggested schedule items
  2. Make any necessary adjustments in the confirmation page
  3. Select "Apply All" to finalize your schedule
