Starting Your Paid Artist Growth Subscription

After your 14-day free trial, a payment method and subscription selection is required in order to continue using Artist Growth.

Important Note:

Owners can only manage your billing via the web application, not the mobile app.

Starting Your Subscription After Your Free Trial

Ready to continue with Artist Growth after your free trial ends? Here's how to set up billing and keep your account active without interruption.

Step 1: Log In to Artist Growth

Go to app.artistgrowth.com from a web browser and log in to your account.

Step 2: Access Billing Settings

  1. Click the gear icon (⚙️) next to your organization name in the top-left corner
  2. Select Billing & Plan
  3. Click Manage Subscription

Step 3: Add a Payment Method

You'll be redirected to our secure billing page, powered by Stripe. From there, add a default payment method for your organization.

Step 4: Automatic Billing

Once your trial period ends, your payment method will be automatically charged based on the subscription plan and billing frequency you selected.

Changing Your Plan

Want to switch your billing frequency or plan type? You can update your subscription at any time.

  1. Click Update Subscription
  2. Choose your new plan:
    • Billing frequency: Yearly or Monthly
    • Plan type: Scale (Per Seat) or Scale (Bundle)

    💡 Tip: If you're planning to grow your team or need more than 2 users on the platform, the Bundle plan is a great value — it includes 5 seats for $150, saving you $100 compared to per-seat pricing.

  3. Click Save to confirm your changes
