Calendar Subscription
This is a one-way feed from Artist Growth to your calendar:
- Events flow FROM Artist Growth TO your external calendar only
- You can view Artist Growth events in Google/iCal/Outlook
- Changes made in your external calendar won't affect Artist Growth
- Best for viewing/staying informed without two-way editing
- Has a 3-month historical limitation on past events
- Each user gets a unique, private subscription link
Google Calendar Sync
This is a complete two-way synchronization with Google Calendar specifically:
- Events sync in BOTH directions automatically
- Create/edit events in either platform and changes appear in both
- You choose which specific events to sync (toggle on/off per event)
- Requires Admin role to set up initially
- Requires Google authentication and permissions
- Syncs every 5 minutes
- More integrated - helps prevent double-booking
- Creates events in Artist Growth as "Google Calendar" type
