Subscribing to Your Artist Growth Calendar
Connect your Artist Growth events calendar to your Google, iCal, or Outlook calendar to stay updated on all your scheduled events. This feature is available from your desktop computer.

How to Subscribe to an Artist's Calendar
- Select the Artist from your Roster
- Click the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner
- Select Subscribe
Subscription Options
You'll have two ways to connect your calendar:
Option 1: Copy URL
- Copy the provided URL
- Manually add it to your preferred calendar application
Option 2: Open in Calendar Program
- Click OPEN IN ICAL/CALENDAR
- You'll be automatically redirected to your default calendar application
Important Security Note
Each calendar subscription link is unique to your user account and permissions. Do not share your subscription link with other team members. Instead, have them subscribe to the calendar through their own Artist Growth account.
Setting Up Refresh Rates
For iPhone iCal:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap Calendar
- Tap Accounts
- Tap Fetch New Data
- Scroll to the Fetch section
- Select your preferred update frequency (we recommend 5-10 minutes for optimal performance)
For Mac iCal:
- Select the subscribed calendar in the sidebar
- Choose Get Info from the Edit menu
- In the Auto-refresh dropdown menu, select your desired frequency
- Click OK to save changes
Calendar Limitations
Past Events: Calendar subscribers have limited access to historical events. Events older than 3 months may not appear in your subscribed calendar.
Troubleshooting
If you're having trouble with calendar subscription, ensure you're using a desktop computer and that your default calendar application is properly configured.
