Utilizing Multiple Workspaces Within An Organization
Overview
Artist Growth allows you to create custom Workspaces to organize the artists you work with. By default, all artists you have permission to view can be included in a Workspace for your organization. Any workspace you create is visible only to you and is not shared with other users.
Creating an Additional Workspace
- Click on the Workspace switcher (the name of your current Workspace) in the upper right corner
- Select "Configure Workspaces"
- Click "+ Add Workspace"
- Edit the name of your Workspace
- Choose the artist(s) you would like to include in this Workspace
- Your selections automatically save
- Select your new Workspace from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner
Editing an Existing Workspace
- Click on the Workspace switcher in the upper right corner
- Select the Workspace you wish to edit (Note: You may only edit additional Workspaces, not the default Workspace)
- Edit the name and/or add or remove artists from the Workspace
- Your adjustments automatically save
- Select your Workspace from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner
Deleting a Workspace
Important: There is no warning and once you hit delete, the Workspace is immediately deleted.
- Click on the Workspace switcher in the upper right corner
- Select the Workspace you wish to delete (Note: You may only delete additional Workspaces, not the default Workspace)
- Click the "Delete" button
