What is the Marketing Grid?

The Marketing grid is where you plan and track your marketing work in one place: what's being made, who's making it, and when it's due. This guide covers how the grid is laid out and what each column is for.

Marketing Grid: Guide

The Marketing grid is where you plan and track your marketing work in one place: what's being made, who's making it, and when it's due. This guide covers how the grid is laid out and what each column is for.

How the grid is organized

The Marketing grid has three tabs along the top:

  • Content Production: Track each piece of content from assignment through production, due date, and publishing.
  • Social Calendar: Schedule social posts by date, time, platform, and account, and track how they perform.
  • Assets: Keep a record of your marketing assets, including who delivered them, when, and where to find the files.

The number of rows in the current tab is shown at the top left.

    • To hide a column, [open the column menu / click the settings icon] and uncheck the columns you don’t need. Your changes [save automatically / apply only to your view].
