Adding Schedule Items

Schedule items differ from Events. Common uses for schedule items include entering in Travel and Accommodation details.

A schedule item is a basic calendar entry for your artist. Schedule items are different from Events in that they only show up on the day view of the Artist's Calendar, an Exported Day Sheet/Itinerary (if selected), and within the details of the Event (if it is associated with one.)

A schedule item will not show up on a Roster "All Artists" calendar, nor the Artist Calendar's: week, month, 6-month, or year views. Schedule items also differ from Events in that they have less pre-formatted fields of entry for relevant details.

To Add A Schedule Item That Is Associated with an Event

From the Event

  • Click a created Event from any calendar view

  • Click Schedule

  • Click + icon

  • Choose Schedule Item, Travel, or Accommodation

  • Enter in relevant details

  • Click Save

From the Event with a Schedule Template

Note: An event schedule template must be created prior to these steps.

  • Click a created Event from any calendar view

  • Click Apply Template

  • Choose Template

  • Click Apply Template

From the Artist Calendar

  • Choose Day View

  • Locate Schedule mid-screen and click the + icon to the right

  • Choose Schedule Item, Travel, or Accommodation

  • Enter in relevant details, including Link to Event

  • Click Save

To Add A Schedule Item That Is Not Associated with an Event

From the Artist Calendar

  • Choose Day View

  • Locate Schedule mid-screen and click the + icon to the right

  • Choose Schedule Item, Travel, or Accommodation

  • Enter in relevant details, including Link to Event

  • Click Save
