A schedule item is a basic calendar entry for your artist. Schedule items are different from Events in that they only show up on the day view of the Artist's Calendar, an Exported Day Sheet/Itinerary (if selected), and within the details of the Event (if it is associated with one.)
A schedule item will not show up on a Roster "All Artists" calendar, nor the Artist Calendar's: week, month, 6-month, or year views. Schedule items also differ from Events in that they have less pre-formatted fields of entry for relevant details.
To Add A Schedule Item That Is Associated with an Event
From the Event
Click a created Event from any calendar view
Click Schedule
Click + icon
Choose Schedule Item, Travel, or Accommodation
Enter in relevant details
Click Save
From the Event with a Schedule Template
Note: An event schedule template must be created prior to these steps.
Click a created Event from any calendar view
Click Apply Template
Choose Template
Click Apply Template
From the Artist Calendar
Choose Day View
Locate Schedule mid-screen and click the + icon to the right
Choose Schedule Item, Travel, or Accommodation
Enter in relevant details, including Link to Event
Click Save

From the Artist Calendar
Choose Day View
Locate Schedule mid-screen and click the + icon to the right
Choose Schedule Item, Travel, or Accommodation
Enter in relevant details, including Link to Event
Click Save
